In case you've forgotten, Andrew and Keith are taking the week off. Andrew is dilligently working on his new show, and Keith is sleeping all day. If you're new around here, why not check out our archives and listen to an old show or two? Or join our ongoing discussions on the Go Magic Go Forum.

We've also been informed that our server is being upgraded, so some files may be impossible to retrieve over the weekend. Shoot us an e-mail if you notice anything strange.

We'll see you all next week.

Hey Folks. We're down to the last chapter in the Royal Road. I am currently planning the final lesson but haven't quite polished it up. We will do our best to have it to you ASAP. It may still be a little while as I am scrambling to put the finishing touches on a show. Thanks for sticking with us.

Do not adjust your speakers, Episode 41 is here. Well, one magic special down and another to come this week. Time for the show!

NEWS:

David Blaine was unable to beat the record, holding his breath for "only" 7 minutes, 8 seconds. The official ratings will be out next week, but it appears that although he didn't dominate the time slot, he was number one with children and teenagers.

Don't forget: Keith Barry's CBS special airs Friday, May 12, at 8 PM Eastern.

Our own Keith Barber was on the scene for Blaine's attempt. If anyone has any questions, please send them to gmgpodcast@gmail.com, and we'll try to answer them in the coming weeks.

INTERVIEW: In honor of Mother's Day, Andrew and Keith interviewed their moms. (It should be noted that both moms were much better behind the mic than their sons.)

ETHICS: It's All For Sale!

FEEDBACK:

Tim discusses creativity.

Zenburg feels offended by the immediate release of effects "as performed by David Blaine."

Jason thinks Copperfield travels in a black pouch to prevent damage during bus rides.
